The National University of Arts from Bucharest

The National University of Arts from Bucharest is the most important higher education institution in the Arts field in Romania, with over 1,400 students, three Faculties, a Doctoral School, and programs in bachelor's, master's, and doctoral studies. Founded in 1864 by Theodor Aman and Gheorghe Tattarescu, the University has trained renowned artists such as Brâncuși, Brauner, Luchian, and Petrașcu. Numerous graduates have also become respected professors or art critics.
