Ciprian Ariciu, Daniela Nemțanu, Mihail Botnari

Ciprian Ariciu is a Romanian artist specializing in ceramic sculpture. With over 30 national and 12 international exhibitions, he has gained recognition for his mastery of the Raku technique. A member of the International Academy of Ceramics in Geneva since 2017, Ariciu explores imaginary sculptural forms, pushing the limits of clay as a material with a deep connection to nature. Daniela Nemțanu is an emerging artist focused on themes of life, death, and human-animal relationships. A master’s graduate in Graphics (2024) with an Erasmus+ residency at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera, she employs traditional techniques to address contemporary concerns. Her work, often symbolized by the rabbit, serves as a medium for artistic activism and existential inquiry. Mihail Botnari investigates the intersection of technology, psychology, and materiality. Combining natural and synthetic elements in his sculptural practice, he highlights the tension between organic and artificial forms. A doctoral student at the National University of Arts in Bucharest, his academic research and studies in Rome and Carrara enhance his innovative artistic approach.
