Bogdan Mihai Radu is a British painter of Romanian origin. He lives and works in London and Bucharest. He won the Grand Prize at the Oxford International Art Fair (2018). He became known for his terrestrial and marine landscapes, as well as large-scale abstract compositions. He spent a period living in Cluj, where he was mentored by master Cornel Brudașcu, whose work influenced his artistic path. In November 2020, he was awarded the "Cultural Merit Order in the rank of Knight, Category C – Fine Arts." His works are part of important museum collections – the National Cotroceni Museum, Mogoșoaia Palace – and prestigious private collections, including the Private Collection of King Charles III of Great Britain (Buckingham Palace) and the Collection of the Romanian Royal Family. In 2024, he exhibited two paintings inspired by the landscapes of Transylvania at the Royal Academy of Arts – Summer Exhibition (London).
