Nicola D'Arco (b. May 14, 1975, Nola, Italy) graduated from the Art Institute of Avellino, specializing in Advertising Graphics and Photography. Iuliana Ștefan-Gaga studied Painting at the Academy of Arts, Basil Gallery, under Mircea Novac, and also holds degrees in Law and from the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" Police Academy, Bucharest. A judge magistrate from 1998-2010, she has participated in numerous exhibitions and earned various accolades. Paula Craioveanu earned her PhD in Visual Arts at the University of Arts Bucharest with a thesis on the "Geometry of Interior Space in Dutch Painting of the 17th Century." She also studied at the University of Architecture Bucharest and Parsons School of Design, New York. Elian Bacila (b. August 16, 1974, Orșova) is a Romanian abstract painter mentored by Vergil Cojocaru Cover, who named him the "Painter of Black." Known for pioneering black-on-black painting, Bacila explores concepts of Absolute Black and Luminous Black, often using vantablack, the darkest material on Earth. Emilia Marinescu (b. October 11, 1984, Bucharest) studied Fine Arts under Horea Paștina and Vladimir Zamfirescu and is a member of the Union of Visual Artists of Romania. Holding degrees in Law and Business Law, she won the 2014 Vera World Fine Art Festival Trophy in Portugal and the UNESCO Romania Prize in Lisbon. Her works are part of private collections worldwide.
