Iuliana Ștefan-Gaga graduated from the Painting section of the Academy of Arts, Basil Gallery, and took painting courses with Mircea Novac. She has a degree in Law and is a graduate of the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" Police Academy, Bucharest. From 1998 to 2010 she worked as a judge magistrate. As an artist, she has participated in national and international exhibitions, and has received various awards and titles.
